Cialis® is Eli-Lilly's answer to Pfizer's Viagra®. It contains Tadalafil which inhibits an enzyme known as Phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5). The proportion of successful intercourse attempts at approximately 24 hours after treatment was also significantly greater with Cialis (52.9%) than with placebo (29.1%).
